Privacy Policy

Last updated 3 July 2026

This policy explains what personal information Solentra Energies (a brand of Solentra Renewable Energy LLP) collects through this website, why we collect it, and how it is handled. It is written to align with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

When you use the enquiry form on our homepage, we ask for:

  • Your name and phone number (required, so we can contact you)
  • Your city, property type, and average monthly electricity bill (optional, to prepare an estimate)
  • Any message you choose to add

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics on this site. Our fonts and icons are served from our own domain, not a third party.

How your enquiry is sent

When you submit the form, your browser opens WhatsApp with your details pre-filled so you can send them to us in one tap. Your enquiry is therefore delivered to us through WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta. This means the details you send, and the fact that you contacted us, are also processed by WhatsApp/Meta under their own terms, and the message will appear in your own WhatsApp and browser history. If you would rather not use WhatsApp, you can email us directly at sales@solentra.in or call us.

Why we use it

We use the details you provide only to respond to your enquiry, prepare an indicative estimate, arrange a free site survey, and follow up about our solar products and services. We do not sell your personal data.

Map

Our contact section embeds a map from OpenStreetMap to show our location. When it loads, OpenStreetMap may receive standard technical information such as your IP address, under their privacy policy.

Retention and your rights

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to respond and provide our services. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you have shared. To make a request, contact us at sales@solentra.in.
